I’m a teacher, mom, and someone who loves planning affordable family adventures. I believe some of the best family memories happen when we explore the world together—especially as our kids get older.

I share realistic travel ideas for families with tweens and teens, focused on making family travel easier, more affordable, and less stressful.

When my kids were younger, my travel planning revolved around finding the best playgrounds, hands-on museums, and activities that kept little kids engaged. Now that they’re older, our trips look different. I spend time researching experiences that teens and tweens will actually enjoy—whether that’s exploring a new neighborhood, trying a restaurant locals love, finding a hidden gem, hiking somewhere beautiful, or creating those moments they’ll still talk about years later.

Our family loves exploring new places, being active, trying great food, and finding experiences that work for everyone—not just the adults.

As a teacher, I know how important it is to make travel fit into a real family budget and school calendar. I share the strategies we use to make trips more affordable, including thoughtful planning, using points and miles, choosing the right experiences, and finding ways to save without sacrificing the fun.

My goal is simple: to help families feel confident traveling with their tweens and teens and create memories together before this season of life changes.
