Best Affordable Colorado Family Ski Resort Options
Did you know that there are affordable Colorado family ski resort options?
Our Favorite Affordable Colorado Family Ski Resorts:
Ski Cooper – great family-friendly vibe, small mountain where you won’t lose each other, affordable food, rentals and lessons. Near Leadville, CO (one of my favorite Colorado mountain towns!) We love staying in the family rooms at the Historic Delaware Hotel.
Loveland – a bit bigger, closer to Denver, lots of great blue runs and affordable food and rentals. Only one hour from Denver makes it an easy day trip.
We use the Colorado Ski Passport. For $67 for kids in kindergarten- 2nd grade and $72 for kids in 3-6th grade, kids get 4 days at some of the best smaller mountains in Colorado. These Colorado family ski resorts are often less crowded, have more affordable food options and have lodges to hang out in when the kids need a break.
Parents can get the Gems Discount card for $49.99, getting a BOGO deal at most of the same resorts.
Grab a pass for your family and start enjoying some of the best affordable Colorado family ski resorts!
